Client surveys results

RiT has given service users the chance to feedback about RiT services.

Refugees into Teaching would always like to know what service users think of the project. We have now started an online survey of the services we offer, which asked people to rate the services and leave individual comments on particular aspects.

We will now send the client survey out every 3-6 months so people have a chance to give us feedback. The general results of the survey are given below, and individual responses to questions, queries and complaints will follow shortly.

We received 132 responses for the first survey, and it was sent to just over 700 people. The responses are very useful, for example helping us tailor what information to send in our newsletter, while also explaining the scope and capacity of our services so everyone knows what to expect.
