Welcome to Refugees into Teaching

Refugees into Teaching is a national project providing support and advice for refugee teachers. We work with a range of schools and other organisations to support refugees’ access into training, events, work placements and employment.

We offer a range of services, including:

  • A central place for information on routes into teaching
  • Free assessment of overseas qualifications
  • Specialist advice and guidance
  • Mentoring
  • A variety of events

SMILE homework club - looking for volunteers
SMILE homework club - looking for volunteers
The SMILE project has a new homework club starting in London in March 2010. They are currently looking for volunteers who want to help refugee and asylum seeking children succeed in education.
